Refund policy

At WFC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 10 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging and tags must be included
• For hygiene reasons, worn or used items cannot be returned

Include:

• Your order number
• The reason for return

You will receive further instructions after your request.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
• We recommend using a track & trace service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at:
